At Meraki & Co. Salon, we pair heart led service with proven systems. Our mentor program blends chair-side training, weekly skill labs, and business coaching so you graduate ready to deliver luxury results and a 5-star guest experience from day one with your Mentor (one of our seasoned stylists by your side every step of the way.)

Who this is for

• Recent cosmetology grads or new stylists (0–2 years)

• Coachable, kind, growth-minded humans

• Team players who thrive in a supportive, high-standard, no-drama culture

What you’ll learn

• Technical: shampoos/blowouts → foil work & toning → modern blonding → men’s & short-hair fundamentals → extensions exposure → finish work & styling

• Guest Experience: consultation frameworks, timing & pacing, rebooking, retail education, photo/video basics

• Business: KPI goals, books management, pre-booking, retention, social storytelling, professionalism

Length: 12–16 weeks Intensive

Format: Assist + Co-style + Weekly Skill Labs + Model Days

2. If selected, complete a culture interview + technical shadow.

3. Offers are extended within 1 week of final interview.
