Harison Harris
Harison is part of the welcoming team at the front desk at Meraki & Co., where she helps ensure every guest feels cared for from the moment they arrive. Working closely alongside our guest relations team while utilizing her cosmetology background, she assists with scheduling appointments, answering calls, and helping the day flow smoothly so each visit feels effortless and enjoyable.
Known for her warm personality and genuine love for making others smile, Harison brings positivity and hospitality to the heart of the salon. She believes the little details, friendly conversation, thoughtful attention, and a welcoming atmosphere, are what make the Meraki experience special.
Kati Patrick
LEAD STYLIST
Kati is an established talent with a true passion for people and a gift for creating beautiful color, cuts, and butterfly extensions. Known for her caring nature and exceptional customer service, she shines with long razored layers and colors, especially reds and coppers, while bringing skill and heart to every style. At Meraki, Kati embodies "Beauty Created with Purpose" through her artistry and genuine connection with each guest.
Taylor Rogers
INDEPENDENT STYLIST
Taylor is a seasoned color specialist with a passion for lived-in colors, trendy haircuts, and Brazilian blowouts. She blends determination and professionalism with a luxury twist, while keeping the vibe comfortable and approachable. Known for creating modern, trend-forward styles, Taylor makes every appointment feel both effortless and elevated. Michaela Couture
INDEPENDENT STYLIST
A seasoned stylist with a background in cosmetology education, Michaela blends a luxury focused touch with a fun, approachable personality. She loves extensions, blonding, and custom color, and is known for creating effortless styles that make her guests feel confident and cared for. At Meraki, she shares “Beauty Created with Purpose” through her creativity and cheerful demeanor.
Erin Hallex
LEAD STYLIST
Erin specializes in blonding, lived-in color, grey blending, balayage, and dimensional brunettes. With Butterfly Extensions being a newfound passion of hers. An established talent with a passion for hair, she pairs her fun personality with a luxury focused touch to create seamless transformations and unforgettable guest experiences. She always stays true to Meraki’s “Beauty created with purpose” philosophy.
Lauren Garrett
ASSOCIATE STYLIST
Lauren specializes in blonding, coloring, extensions, cutting and vibrant vivids, bringing creativity and warmth to every guest experience. With deep roots in the beauty industry and years of experience from West Virginia to South Carolina, she’s passionate about helping each client feel confident and beautiful while embracing Meraki's "Beauty created with purpose" ideology.
Cadence Thompson
ASSOCIATE STYLIST
As a graduate of Meraki’s mentor program, Cadence is a talent grown from within, skilled in blonding, blowouts, styling, and extensions. Known for her kindness and eagerness to learn, she’s a natural talent who brings fresh energy to the salon while delivering "Beauty Created with Purpose" to every guest.
Maycee Garrison
ASSOCIATE STYLIST
As a graduate from Meraki’s rigorous mentor program, meaning she was trained directly under our Mentor Stylist and Owner. Maycee is passionate about blonding, blowouts, and extensions. Though quiet at first, her sense of humor always shines through, making guests feel instantly comfortable. She’s a natural at creating effortless styles while bringing “Beauty Created with Purpose” to every service.
Brooke Childers
ASSOCIATE STYLIST
Brooke is a graduate of Meraki & Co.’s mentee program and has grown into a talented stylist known for her work in custom color, blowouts, extensions, and precision cutting. She brings a thoughtful approach to every service, always focusing on delivering results that align with Meraki’s philosophy of "Beauty Created with Purpose."
While Brooke may be quiet at first, her kind and soft-spoken nature quickly reveals a spunky personality and a wonderful sense of humor. She creates a calm, welcoming experience for every guest and has a genuine love for helping others feel confident and cared for. ✨
Audrey Hine

Audrey is a talented stylist who specializes in men’s cuts, custom color, and hair extensions. Trained directly under our mentor stylist and our owner, she developed a strong technical foundation while embracing Meraki’s philosophy of "Beauty Created with Purpose."
Known for being a quick learner with a witty personality, Audrey brings both skill and passion to every service. She approaches her work with intention and creativity, helping each guest leave the salon feeling confident and cared for. ✨
Hannah Jacobs
CO- STYLIST
As a Co-Stylist at Meraki & Co. Salon, Hannah is quickly making a name for herself with her talent for color. She especially loves creating rich dimensional brunettes and effortless lived-in color that grows out beautifully while enhancing each guest’s natural beauty. Her attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and commitment to delivering exceptional results make her an exciting stylist to witness create "beauty with purpose."
Madison Hunt
ASSOCIATE STYLIST
Madison is a passionate stylist who loves using her creativity to help clients feel beautiful and confident. She especially enjoys blonding and color transformations, creating customized looks that complement each client’s unique style.
What she loves most about her career is connecting with people, building meaningful relationships, and helping clients see and appreciate their own beauty. Madison is excited to continue growing behind the chair at Meraki, while creating "beauty with purpose" for every guest that sits in her chair.
Ashley Phelps
INDEPENDENT NAIL TECHNICIAN
Ashley is a licensed cosmetologist with 10 years of experience in the beauty industry and has specialized exclusively in nails for the past four years. She is passionate about creating beautiful, healthy nails through builder gel services, custom nail art, and meticulous attention to detail.
Ashley believes every appointment should be more than just a nail service—it should be a chance to relax, recharge, and leave feeling confident. Whether you’re looking for a timeless, natural manicure or a fun, creative nail design, she’s dedicated to providing personalized results that fit your style and lifestyle.
Outside of the salon, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband of eight years and their two children, sipping iced lattes, visiting the beach, and embracing all things pink. Her faith in Jesus is the foundation of her life, and she feels grateful for the opportunity to serve others through her passion for nails.
Tatiana Bridges
INDEPENDENT NAIL TECHNICIAN
Tatiana is an experienced all-gel nail technician with over 10 years in the beauty industry. She specializes in Russian manicures, natural nail overlays, gel extensions, and dry pedicures, with a focus on creating beautiful, healthy, long-lasting results.
With an eye for detail and a passion for her craft, Tatiana loves helping each client feel polished and confident. She is excited to bring her expertise to Meraki & Co. Salon and looks forward to welcoming both new and familiar faces to her chair.
Crystal Hayden
INDEPENDENT MASSAGE THERAPIST/ CERTIFIED IN LYMPHATIC THERAPY
With over 15 years of experience and direct training under chiropractic care, Crystal specializes in therapeutic massage with a holistic focus on overall wellness. She offers a wide range of techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, prenatal, hot stone, cupping, gua sha, and the use of natural oils and tools to support healing. A great listener and solution-based practitioner, she is passionate about helping clients feel their best. One of her signature treatments, the Flow & Glow Lymphatic Facial Massage is designed to reduce puffiness, promote circulation, and enhance natural radiance. In addition, Crystal is certified in Electro Lymphatic Therapy with The Wholistic Collective, using advanced techniques to support detoxification, circulation, and the body's natural ability to heal. At Meraki, Crystal shares "Beauty Created with Purpose" through the art of wellness and body care.
Michelle Sanders-Lancaster
LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST
Michelle is a Licensed Massage Therapist, with our Spa, The Wholistic Collective. She brings a calm, compassionate presence to every session. She is passionate about creating a supportive environment where clients can relax, restore, and reconnect with their bodies.
Her work blends therapeutic and relaxation techniques, allowing each massage to be thoughtfully tailored to what the body needs most that day. Michelle is trained in a variety of modalities including Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, cupping therapy, hot stone massage, and guided stretching and bodywork techniques.
Michelle’s journey into massage therapy was inspired by personal experiences that revealed the profound power of compassionate touch. Because of this, she has a special passion for working with clients navigating chronic stress, medical conditions, and major life transitions. She also has formal training in oncology massage, infant and pediatric care, hospice and palliative support, and prenatal care, allowing her to safely support clients and their caregivers through a wide range of wellness needs.
Michelle’s intention is simple: to help every guest leave feeling lighter, supported, and deeply relaxed while restoring balance to both body and mind.
Kaitlyn Cox
LICENSED ESTHETICIAN
Kaitlyn is a licensed esthetician with a passion for helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin while creating a space where they can relax, recharge, and feel their absolute best. At The Wholistic Collective, she believes skincare is more than a treatment. It’s an investment in confidence, self care, and overall wellness.
Specializing in customized facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, lash enhancements, and brow services, Kaitlyn tailors every experience to your unique skin concerns and beauty goals. Whether you’re looking for corrective skincare, preventative maintenance, or a relaxing escape, she combines a gentle touch with results driven techniques to help you look and feel refreshed.

Makaela Pruitt
LICENSED ESTHETICIAN
Makaela is a licensed esthetician with over 5 years of experience in the aesthetics industry and a strong medical aesthetics background. She has extensive experience working alongside medical professionals and performing advanced aesthetic treatments, including laser and light-based therapies, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling and customized facials.
She is passionate about combining her knowledge of skin health and medical aesthetics to create personalized treatment plans for each patient. Makaela takes the time to understand each person’s skin concerns and goals, with a focus on achieving healthy, confident, and long-lasting results.
Alisha Spangler
CEO / FOUNDER
As a seasoned stylist and visionary leader, Alisha prides herself on building genuine relationships and creating a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Her passion for developing a team of like-minded professionals has shaped Meraki & Co. into a true destination salon and spa, where "Beauty is Created with Purpose" and clients feel cared for inside and out while providers feel heard, supported and inspired to genuinely give their best to others. If Alisha has ever had the opportunity to care for you in her chair, you know how genuine she is. She pours her all into every person that walks through the doors of Meraki, making sure every guest is greeted, acknowledged, truly known, comfortable, and happy with their service. In an attempt to create longevity for the salon and a place that she set out to create to begin with, She has created our Mentor program where a seasoned stylist, including herself at times, takes on the role of mentoring a new talent stylist, pouring everything they know into the Mentee, in an attempt to create more of the stylists you have grown to know and love. With that, you will always have a piece of Alisha at Meraki regardless of her physical presence and if you receive an experience any less than, she wants to hear about it and be given the opportunity to improve. In her eyes, improvement is always the goal, as we can always be better than we were yesterday.
